  • Job Description

    [Job Summary]
    - Receive and review design change requests (DCR)
    - Research and analyze the need or background for the change
    - Evaluate the impact of design changes (quality, cost, production, delivery, etc.)
    - Coordinate and reach agreement with related departments (design, production, QA, purchasing, sales, etc.)
    - Prepare and manage documents related to design changes
    - Manage the approval process and follow up progress
    - Support and verify the implementation of changes (including prototypes and testing)
    - Communicate with customers and suppliers on technical matters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Six months or more of experience working as a worker on a manufacturing site.
    - High school or university graduate with a major in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, or quality engineering)
    - Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
    - Communication skill in English

    [Advantage]
    - Previous experience in reviewing blueprints and creating work instructions and procedures.
