• Job Description

  - Responsible for all aspects of company’s new product development workflow and timeline.
  - Oversee the product launch process, from project initiation to completion of commercialization.
  - Prioritize tasks, adjust workflow and partner cross-functionally with team as needed to move projects Forward.
  - Track and monitor progress to ensure timely execution/delivery of key tasks/deliverables by those assigned.
  - Join meeting with Commercial for technical support and directly contact with customer in related to NPD project and/or initiative
  project on the existing product(from existing customer).
  - Serve as the stakeholders’ liaison and ensure timely communications occurs.
  - Join with bi weekly meeting cross-functional status meetings to discuss projects, identified issues/risks and collaborate on actions/solutions.
  - Interpret and organize information from various sources into a clear and easy to reference summary.
  - Ensure all packaging is routed and approved by stakeholders through project timelines.
  - Create and manage timelines, hold team members accountable to tasks, liaise with project stakeholders.
  - Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, Package Development, Sourcing, and Planning, finance, regulatory, Quality.
  - Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  - Track the project healthy in term of on time and cost.
  - Develop and maintain strong a reliable relationship with Commercial, QC, Operations and I&D.
