Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the software and hardware development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the technology roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products and services
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new software and hardware solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Mentor and develop the skills of the software and hardware development teams
Qualifications
Requirement
[ MUST ]
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in software development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent technical skills and in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, programming languages, and development methodologies
- Familiar with agile software development practices and methodologies
- Must have knowledge of programming or system integration with hardware to retrieve information via API or other related tools.
