  • Job Description

    - Lead the development of integrated media strategies across online and offline channels.
    - Design and execute digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels that align with brand and business objectives.
    - Translate data and consumer insights into actionable digital roadmaps and campaign recommendations.
    - Analyze & Report campaign performance, web analytics, social media data, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    - Oversee performance-driven campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.) ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
    - Work closely with media optimizers to align performance goals with content strategy.
    - Present strategies, reports, and proposals directly to clients.
    - Play a key role in pitching for new clients and supporting business development.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    - Minimum 4–6 years of experience in media planning and buying, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
    - Proven ability to manage campaigns and optimize performance across multiple channels.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Solid knowledge of media platforms, tools, and industry trends.
    - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
    - Proactive, strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
