  • Job Description

    - Making Trial-test & report by English.
    - Installation and setting the machine according to customer conditions at customer's plant with record and deliver Invoice.
    - Service & Repair machine with making report.
    - Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer site.
    - Training for customers after installed the machine.
    - Visiting customer record every time.
    - Maintenance for demo-machine.
    - Handle customer claims and complaints effectively

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
    - Strong communication skill
    - Good command of written and spoken English
    - Good service mind attitude
    - Minimum 1 years of experience in a technical service and repair machine role, preferably within the Thai electronics or automotive manufacturing industries. (New grad with good skills are welcome)
    - Understand I/O program.
    - Basic knowledge of PLC.
    - Check drawing by software skill.
    - Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset.
    - Computer skills: Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Driver's license
