• Job Description

  - Responsible for all QA activities and operations to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
  - Manage quality assurance staff and control quality according to plans.
  - Monitor, set targets, and evaluate performance.
  - Provide guidance to subordinates for improving work efficiency.
  - Solve and make decisions on issues occurring during operations.
  - Handle problems from incoming, in-process, to outgoing stages; improve processes to enhance efficiency.
  - Communicate with customers to confirm product quality meets expectations.
  - Manage labor control and workload assignments for QA team members.
  - Coordinate with other departments to ensure product quality.
  - Report quality issues to management and related quality procedures.
  - Inspect processes to ensure products meet quality standards and requirements.
  - Conduct QA inspections, customer audits, and analyze quality risks in the production line.
  - Continuously study new solutions, technologies, and skills.
  - Manage documents and reports required for submission to customers.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management (including JP-related work).
  - Conduct quality control tasks.
  - Maintain quality records, statistical inspection data, and related documents.
  - Manage quality-related issues on the shop floor.
  - Support QC team members.
