  1) Collecting and Recording Inspection Data
  - Measure and check product dimensions and characteristics
  - Input inspection results into Excel or QC systems
  - Manage records for traceability
  2) Assisting with Inspection Tasks
  - Support visual, dimensional, and performance inspections
  - Prepare and manage inspection jigs and measurement tools
  - Sort and classify defective products
  3) Supporting ISO and Internal Audit Activities
  - Organize and revise ISO 9001-related documents
  - Assist with preparation and participation in audits
  - Follow up on corrective actions
  4) Assisting with Customer Complaint Handling
  - Receive and document customer complaints
  - Support in root cause analysis and report preparation (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)
  - Share information internally and track corrective actions
  5) Supporting the Maintenance of Work Standards and Procedures
  - Help document work instructions and standard procedures
  - Revise and distribute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  - Assist in training and support for production operators
