    - Kitchen Management: oversee daily kitchen operations, staff supervision, and workflow.
    - Menu Development & Innovation: design and develop new menus aligned with restaurant concept.
    - Quality Control & Food Presentation: maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and plating.
    - Staff Training & Development: mentor and train kitchen team to enhance skills and performance.
    - Inventory & Cost Control: manage ingredient sourcing, stock control, and cost efficiency.
    - Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
    - Compliance & Safety: ensure food safety standards (including HACCP) and hygiene regulations are followed.
    - Business Contribution: support restaurant growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Proven experience as an Executive Chef
    - Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu creation, food preparation, and plating
    - Knowledge of ingredient sourcing, food quality, and presentation standards
    - Strong management and leadership abilities
    - Ability to supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff
    - Creativity and innovation in developing new menus and recipes
    - Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
    - Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff
    - Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt and resolve issues efficiently
    - Business and financial knowledge in restaurant operations
    - Understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and profitability
