    - Graduates in science or engineering with logical thinking and some programming background (any language)
    - Good command of speaking and writing in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)

    - New graduates are welcome
    - Experience in developing Windows applications (VB.NET, C#, etc.) is a plus
    - Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle) is a plus
    - Advantageous: RPA development, Linux server administration, logistics systems, and network operations
