Job Description

[Main tasks]- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, and in-person.- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.- Monitor and maintain company networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.- Document issues and solutions in the service desk system, maintaining accurate support logs.- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.- Support IT asset management and inventory tracking.- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.- Other tasks as assigned by Manager [Other tasks]- Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.- Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate, improving routine task management and data processing.- Collaborate with business units to understand automation needs and provide innovative IT solutions.- Assist with testing and deployment of new IT systems or software updates.- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
