    ＜Job Summary＞
    We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the integration of IoT platforms and SaaS-based services for smart buildings. This role involves connecting building management systems (BMS) and various building facilities with cloud-based solutions to deliver advanced security, energy management, and facility management services.

    ＜Key Responsibilities＞
    - Implement and roll out IoT platforms and SaaS services (security, energy management, facility management) for smart buildings.
    - Design, configure, and test integrations with BMS and building facilities (HVAC, lighting, elevators, fire safety systems, etc.).
    - Utilize BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, REST API, and other protocols for data integration and gateway configuration.
    - Integrate third-party devices and cloud services (access control, surveillance cameras, energy meters, etc.).
    - Conduct technical coordination, troubleshooting, and functional verification at project sites.
    - Monitor performance during operational phases and propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Required Skills & Experience】
    - Hands-on experience with building equipment communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
    - System design and implementation experience in BMS or building facility systems.
    - Basic knowledge of IoT gateways and cloud integration.
    - Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, etc.).
    - Good command of English (Level 3 is preferred)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in API integration or cloud service development (Python, Node.js, etc.).
    - Experience implementing energy management systems, access control systems, or facility management systems.
    - Track record of SaaS service deployment and operational projects.
    - Involvement in large-scale facility integration projects (commercial complexes, office buildings, hospitals, airports, etc.).
    - Proficiency and experience with Niagara Framework, Tridium, or other BMS middleware.
    - Work experience in a Japanese company
