• Job Description

  - Adjust schedule with the material acknowledgement and confirm back to the communicator.
  - Check stock and adjust plan to control inventory
  - Issue Production plan
  - Shoot schedule the to Live Load Station
  - Plant and Line Capacity Maintenance (LMNT)
  - Invalid orders allocation and control over schedule to make rework notice.
  - Set inventory record and control plant for new model.
  - Review negative report for inventory control.
  - Activate Line Leaders’ Accountability for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery
  - As needed, promoting ownership and responsibility
  - Responsible for WIP (Work in Progress) Transaction Management
  - Daily management
  - Communicating with Cross-Functional Teams for Rescheduling
  - As needed, based on operational changes
  - Coordinate with Scheduler for Rescheduling (In/Out)
  - As needed, to address material shortages, capacity/staffing issues, quality concerns, etc.
  - Daily Monitoring of Production Output Status and Follow-Up
  - Sub-Assembly: Daily monitoring
  - Finished Goods (FG): Daily monitoring (485 items, active 250 items)
