    Job Description:
    We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager for a new store opening. You will play a key role in the launch and establishment of the store, including creating operational systems and workflows from scratch.

    Responsibilities:
    - Participate in the planning and setup of a new store
    - Develop store processes, layouts, and daily operations
    - Serve as the initial store manager, handling day-to-day management
    - Lead and train store staff
    - Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations
    - Other taskes as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Previous experience as a store manager or in a retail leadership role
    - Able to build store operations and systems
    - Driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Conversational English is a plus
    - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    - Having own a car
