  【Job Summary】 As the Head of Engineering, you will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for managing workloads, resource allocation for projects and pre-sales, and fostering the professional growth of our technical talent.
  Beyond people management, you will play a critical role in Project Governance—ensuring high-quality Salesforce deliveries—and Pre-sales Support, acting as the technical authority during the proposal phase. As we are in a rapid growth phase, you should be prepared to be "hands-on" when necessary to ensure client success.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  1. People Management & Leadership
  ● Align team objectives with company goals and provide strategic recommendations to management for business expansion.
  ● Manage and optimize engineer workloads and resource allocation across projects and pre-sales activities.
  ● Set performance KPIs, conduct evaluations, and provide regular mentorship/coaching.
  ● Lead the recruitment process for new technical talent to scale the team.
  
  2. Project Management & Quality Assurance
  ● Supervise project delivery to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  ● Identify, mitigate, and handle project risks; resolve escalated issues and report directly to the MD.
  ● Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  
  3. Pre-sales & Technical Strategy
  ● Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to assign technical resources for lead opportunities.
  ● Provide Salesforce architectural expertise during the proposal process.
  ● Review and approve technical proposals and man-hour estimates (costing) to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  ● Occasionally lead high-level technical demonstrations for prospective clients.
