• Job Description

  - Ensure protection of company confidential information and proper asset management.
  - Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  - Manage procurement of raw materials and supplies, along with cost control.
  - Develop and manage workforce planning based on production capacity and operational needs.
  - Oversee labor and shift management, including overtime control and equipment/staff allocation.
  - Implement strict safety and health measures, including accident prevention and contamination control.
  - Maintain high hygiene standards to prevent bacterial growth and foreign object contamination.
  - Monitor compliance with company regulations (attendance, leave, dress code, etc.).
  - Promote production efficiency, propose improvements, and implement cost and energy-saving measures.
