• Job Description

  - Manage overall warehouse operations, including product, raw material, and external (leased) warehouses.
  - Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
  - Plan and monitor daily work schedules and warehouse activities.
  - Oversee shipment operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  - Prevent shipping errors and handle delays or issues promptly.
  - Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve stock discrepancies.
  - Supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and shift planning.
  - Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and proper storage and shipping quality.
  -Control warehouse operating costs and implement process improvements.
  - Coordinate closely with production, sales, QA/QC, and external logistics partners.
  - Other tasks assigned by manager
