    - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
    - Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions.
    - Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
    - Communicate and coordinate with both domestic and international customers, addressing quality-related requirements and issues.
    - May have to travel to Southeast Asia, China, Taiwan depending on customer needs
    - Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Can communicate in English or Japanese
    - QA experience in manufacturing industry

    [Advantage]
    - Audit experience of ISO9001/14001、IATF16949
    - Knowledge of PPAP

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English, Japanese
