    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to drive high performance
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and regionally
    • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns
    • Ensure excellent customer service and support for all clients
    • Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Sales management role, preferably Government sector
    • Ability to develop effective sales strategies
    • Business development and customer relationship management skills
    • Own a car with driving license
