  • Job Description

    - Manage key customer relationships across all aspects of service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) components and automotive electronics industries.
    - Oversee sales operations and CRM activities, handling all commercial account management tasks such as preparing quotations, sales reports, and budget planning.
    - Maintain databases and reports to support effective business decision-making.
    - Monitor global market dynamics and contribute to the development of local strategies to achieve business plans for existing customers.
    - Collaborate closely with headquarters to implement management policies, align business directions, and assist in conducting local market research if necessary.
    - Handle internal approvals, workflow processes, internal engineering coordination and HQ policy communication and policy.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial), Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields
    - Proficiency in English is required; Japanese language skills are a plus.
    - Minimum 5–8 years of work experience in relevant industries.
    - Background in related electronics industries (EMS, advanced components, robotics) or other high-end manufacturing environments is preferred.
    - Experience in project management, particularly involving cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment, is highly valued.
    - A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude, along with basic knowledge of materials science, technology, or industrial processes, is considered an asset.
    - Familiarity with B2B or contract manufacturing business environments on a global networking environment is advantageous.
    - Basic knowledge of HDD technology is a plus.
