  • Job Description

    - Provide IT Operations support for applications (Miles, Sales force, SAP B1, SQL, Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, and Power Automate)
    - Respond to resolve user issues related to software applications, and troubleshoot and diagnose problems through various methods
    - Data Analyst for business requirements and developing system applications
    - Perform SQL programming, including CRUD operations, Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions
    - Support and maintain Data Warehouse and Data Mart for business intelligence and analytics purposes
    - Provide support for Power BI and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
    - Prepare, manage, and maintain IT documents
    - Provide guidance to users on application functionality and best practices

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
    - At least 1 year of experience in related fields (Troubleshoot issues, analyze data, develop SQL, and maintain BI tools)
    - Able to communicate in English
    - Programming knowledge: SQL, SQL Server Database
    - Experience with Power Apps & Power Automate
    - Experience as a Data Analyst for Microsoft Power BI

    [Advantage]
    - Leasing/Automotive related experience
    - Interest or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development for corporate
