  Responsibilities for Sales
  - New business development sales through telemarketing and visits to companies who doesn't have relationships with us
  -Propose our warehouse services and attract customers
  - Prepare a quotation
  - Gather data and documents needed for the quotation
  - Compile data for special reports
  - Compile data for invoicing
  - Review all invoice amount data with the customer prior to invoicing
  - Enter invoice data into the Nirvana system
  - Obtain management's signature on the invoice
  - Send invoice to customer
  - Submit an annual sales forecast looking at the variance between budget and actual (profit/loss)
  - Prepare monthly summary report files
  
  [Responsibilities for Production control]
  - Prepare a monthly export plan for Production control department
  - Update personnel data in WOS (Work Order System) and upload to Google Sheets
  - Review and communicate with suppliers regarding forklift rental agreements, forklift repairs and monthly scheduled maintenance
  - Prepare reports on estimated cost data for special requests
  - Export status Monitoring
