• Job Description

  - Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across all 40+ branches.
  - Monitor and analyze branch performance, with a key focus on same-store sales, customer traffic, and profit margins.
  - Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring consistency in service quality, food safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
  - Lead and mentor regional and store-level management teams to meet KPIs, operational goals, and brand standards.
  - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new campaigns, promotions, and products to increase sales.
  - Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), cost controls, and inventory management systems to improve efficiency.
  - Conduct regular store visits to audit performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
  - Use data and reports to make informed business decisions and quickly respond to underperforming areas.
  - Partner with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent across store operations.
  - Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and food safety regulations.
