  • Job Description

    - Oversee daily operations across all 5 restaurant brands, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards of service.
    - Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and policies to drive business effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
    - Set and monitor KPIs for each brand, including sales targets, cost control, food quality, customer feedback, and staff performance.
    - Analyze financial reports and sales data to identify trends and develop plans to improve profitability.
    - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop long-term business plans and expansion strategies.
    - Lead and mentor multi-brand operational teams including area managers, store managers, and support functions.
    - Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align promotions and product launches with operational capabilities.
    - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
    - Monitor competitor performance and market trends to keep the business agile and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    - Proven experience (8+ years) in operations management within the F&B or restaurant industry, preferably multi-brand.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results.
    - Solid financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability and operational efficiency.
    - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
    - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
