  • Job Description

    - Provide internal IT support to departments within a Japanese client company.
    - Gather IT-related requirements from each department and propose appropriate solutions.
    - Implement and follow up on solutions based on gathered requirements.
    - Develop simple programs using Excel macros or similar tools when necessary.
    - Maintain and inspect existing internal tools and systems.
    - Troubleshoot issues with PCs and other IT equipment.
    - Initially work as a support member under Japanese staff, learning the tasks on-site in Japan.
    - Aim to become a team leader once the Japanese staff transitions to development-focused roles.
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Computer Science or IT related fields with GPA>2.5
    - Experience at least 3 years in IT support position
    - Japanese skill equal to up to N3
    - Be able to do training in Japan from September maximum 1 year

    【Advantage】
    - knowledge in .Net, MS SQL server, Oracle and other Technology
    - Own car and driver license
