  • Job Description

    Position Objectives:
    - Support and take responsibility for the work of employees within the department to meet customer needs
    - Supervise subordinates to ensure accurate, high-quality work that satisfies customers
    - Solve problems and make decisions on various issues
    - Coordinate to foster good relationships and interactions

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Communicate and coordinate with customers
    - Seek new orders and build partnerships with clients
    - Supervise employees’ operations
    - Issue instructions or provide guidance to improve inappropriate practices
    - Provide consultation and resolve issues
    - Report sales figures and oversee sales forecasting to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in related field
    - At least 5 years of experience in Sales for Automotive related business
    - Knowledge of IAFT 16949 , ISO9001 , ISO14001
    - Ability to read drawings
    - Able to communicate in English
    - Leadership

    [Advantage]
    - Japanese or Chinese Skill
