    - Management of construction contractors　(Coordinates with and review Cost/Schedule Engineers for reporting of construction progress, cost and schedule status.
    - Maintenance of existing stores and facilities management
    - Calculation of construction costs related to new properties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering,Estate,Construction, Architect or equivalent
    - Experienced in maintenance engineer/facility management (shop,restaurant,hotel,condominium etc.)
    ‐ Familiar with store facility management
    - Good command of English (conversational level)
    - Have driving license and own a car

    【Advantage】
    - Engineer experience in a subcontractor
