  • Job Description

    1) Sales and Business Development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify new market opportunities (with a focus on Home Care and Personal Care), develop strategic partnerships, and drive new revenue streams.
    • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.
    • Set and achieve financial targets to ensure sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth.
    • Optimize pricing strategies and commercial models to maximize profitability.

    2) Strategic Commercial Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with global and regional Industry Teams, aligning with overall company goals.
    • Oversee the commercial budget and ensure resource allocation effectively contributes to EBITDA growth.
    • Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for subordinates in line with global and regional industry objectives.
    • Organize and lead regular meetings to manage DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and DSI (Days Sales of Inventory) per company targets.
    • Analyze industry data to evaluate supplier positioning, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Lead forecasting and financial planning efforts to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
    • Build, mentor, and develop the commercial team to align with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.
    • Manage training and seminar programs for customers and suppliers, acting as a speaker, trainer, and writer to enhance the company’s professional reputation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1) Experience
    • Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally as a Commercial Director or similar position within the industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performance teams.
    • Experienced in contract management, pricing strategies, and financial planning.
    • Solid knowledge of industry regulations and current market trends.
    • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
    • Skilled in analytical thinking and presentations, able to interact with all organizational levels.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with global and regional teams, aligning strategies across markets.
    • Comfortable interacting with senior management and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Thai and English (oral and written).
    • Creative in business development and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    2) Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
    • Master’s degree / MBA is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license.
