• Job Description

  • Define strategies, plans, policies, and principles for the team to effectively conduct quality control inspections throughout the entire process.
  • Establish procedures for quality control and inspection of raw materials to align with the factory’s quality systems and standards.
  • Develop measures to address and resolve quality issues/complaints and ensure compliance with the defined corrective actions.
  • Participate in meetings with customers to clarify and identify ways to improve and develop product quality to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Recommend methods and approaches to enhance production quality in accordance with established standards.
  • Develop plans for internal quality audits and external audits according to the quality management system, including follow-ups on corrective actions.
  • Plan and oversee the testing and calibration of various measuring instruments to meet the required standards.
  • Research and monitor trends in quality assurance systems, both domestically and internationally, to improve and develop the company’s quality assurance system to meet global standards.
