  • Job Description

    - Handle customer inquiries, including quotations, order processing, and delivery schedule management
    - Provide product and service information, usage advice, and pricing/delivery responses to customers
    - Communicate with suppliers for price and delivery adjustments, specification confirmations, and document requests
    - Manage and report sales performance data by customer, account manager, and supplier on a weekly and monthly basis
    - Support sales representatives with quotation preparation, price/delivery confirmations, and adjustments
    - Disseminate supplier product, price, and delivery information within the company
    - Manage phone calls, visitor reception, and other internal administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor degree in any fields
    - English Communication level
    - 3 years experience as Sales coordinator or related in Trading company
    - More than 4 years of working experience in one company

    [Advantage]
    - Have working experience in Japanese company

  • English Level

    Level 3 - Business Level
