    - Sales for Network system (infrastructure)
    - Find new customer through partner clients
    - Visit clients and conduct presentation and meeting
    - Implementation and customization
    - Manage and support workplace infrastructure (Firewall, LAN, WAN, telecommunications, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT background, system engineering, or a related field
    - Good command of English (Level 3 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Hands-on experience with help desk or ticketing systems is highly preferred
    - NOC and/or SOC experience will be prioritized
    - Basic understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP and routing protocols
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
    - A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
