  • Job Description

    - Operation, monitoring network as an Out-Sourcing engineer.
    - Check Ticket & Send request configure NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG) to Vendor and report to User
    - Problem management NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
    - Coordinate with all related party for installation LAN and Hardware
    - Document management (NW Diagram, NW Equipment list, QA check Result, Announcement)
    - Monitoring NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
    - Submit FW request to Vendor follow User Template
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
    - At least experience more 1 year in Network Operation or/and monitoring
    - English Conversational (have English interview)
    - Strong knowledge in NW (Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto networks, Juniper, HP Aruba) etc.

    [Advantage]
    - Strong knowledge in VMWare, Linux, Microsoft Window server, etc.
    - Strong knowledge in Enterprise backup system such as Veeam and veritus NetBackup

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
