    1. Assist for Sales Team and Sales manager
    • Daily sales activity, receiving call (Response), Reply customer’s email
    • Control delivery and forecast.
    • Prepare document
    • Support sale staffs and Japanese staffs
    • Check the documents related to Export customs clearance or Export entry
    2. Summary report
    • Responsibility for monthly sales summary report in each item
    3. Special:
    • Checking and booking rate for import shipment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Minimum 2 years experience in Sales coordinator, Import/Export
    - Good command of both written and spoken English

    [Advanatage]
    - Experience in Export entry in advantage
    - Experience in working at Japanese company

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    English
