    • Develop annual business plan
    • Analyze market, competitors, and pricing
    • Develop product strategy
    • Plan new product launches
    • Support sales with presentations, demos, and tenders
    • Provide training to sales, clinical teams, and customers
    • Manage KOLs and drive clinical adoption
    • Work with international principals and suppliers
    • Forecast demand and manage stock
    • Coordinate with RA/QA on registrations
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and cross-sell
    • Manage product specialist team to maximize effectiveness in supporting sales
    • Plan development of product knowledge for the product specialist team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must Have
    • 3–7 years of experience in medical devices
    • Previous role as Product Supervisor or Product Manager
    • Experience working with hospitals or hospital business
    • Experience presenting products to clinicians or sales teams
    • Business-level English
    Strong Plus
    • Clinical background
    • Experience with surgical, urology, interventional, or imaging products
    • Experience launching new products
