  • Job Description

    - Network infrastructure monitoring and support: 24/7 shift rotation (work 5 days on, 2 days off)
    - Configure and maintain various network and security devices (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto); VPN, QoS, dynamic routing
    - Perform network troubleshooting and fault analysis via remote access
    - Update trouble tickets with information and responses; communicate with carriers/vendors on a case-by-case basis
    - Deploy and maintain network monitoring and analysis tools

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecom Engineering
    - 1-3 years' experience as a Network Engineer (NOC)
    - Familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools
    - Familiar with Cisco products

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
