  • Job Description

    ・Lead and manage overall QC operations, including process control, product inspection, verification activities, non-conformance handling, corrective actions, and quality data review.
    ・Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of quality control standards throughout the production process.
    ・Conduct inspection activities for process and product control throughout the production cycle and ensure inspections are carried out as scheduled.
    ・Monitor inspection results closely to control deviations from specifications during all stages of operation, including verification activities to ensure proper process control.
    ・Implement and maintain HACCP systems effectively and ensure CCPs are strictly monitored according to the HACCP Plan.
    ・Take appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur at CCPs.
    ・Handle non-conformances effectively and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken.
    ・Review and align procedures with corporate policies through the Quality Management System (QMS).
    ・Work closely with the QA General Manager and support food safety, customer requirements, audit preparation, quality system improvement, and selected QA-related matters when required.
    ・Communicate technical issues effectively and lead or support improvement projects to enhance site quality standards, internal audit practices, and preventive procedures.
    ・Participate proactively in customer complaint investigations and establish corrective and preventive actions.
    ・Continuously improve knowledge of products and technologies to investigate variations and resolve technical problems using scientific and statistical approaches.
    ・Develop and maintain calibration programs for all quality inspection and measuring equipment.
    ・Collaborate with plant management to achieve production efficiency and quality objectives.
    ・Supervise employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
    ・Directly manage the Hygiene team and ensure effective execution of factory cleaning and sanitation activities according to approved procedures and schedules.
    ・Establish, review, and improve cleaning procedures, cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, sanitation inspection methods, and related documentation.
    ・Verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation activities through hygiene inspections, swab tests, microbiological results, environmental monitoring, and corrective actions.
    ・Maintain factory hygiene conditions by ensuring proper cleaning execution, inspection, review, and continuous improvement.
    ・Link hygiene performance with QC findings, product quality trends, environmental monitoring results, and non-conformance data to identify risks and drive preventive actions.
    ・Ensure work methods are carried out safely to minimize accidents during operations.
    ・Set targets, work plans, and hygiene management plans based on KPIs.
    ・Monitor operational performance, hygiene standards, costs, and expenses against KPIs regularly.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    ・Bachelor's degree or higher in Food/Meat Science & Technology or related fields
    ・At least 15 years of experience in QA/QC management within a food manufacturing environment
    ・Business-level English

    【Advantage】
    ・Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Sanitation, Food Safety, and other GFSI standards
    ・Experience managing hygiene, sanitation, cleaning operations, environmental monitoring, or factory hygiene control in food manufacturing
    ・Experience in chicken further processing
