• Job Description

  - Design, build and analyze customer centric (VoC) metrics to create insights and recommendations for improving customer experiences
  - Plans and coordinates the initiation of research study protocol, and the establishment of operating policies and procedures
  - Promotes research capacity building among community-based organizations and student groups
  - Recruits, instructs, and coordinates research subjects as appropriate to specific study objectives and work scope
  - Plans and coordinates the staffing of research studies, to include the recruitment and administration of research support staff, as appropriate to the activity
  - Monitors the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required
  - To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  - Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of research and data collection activities
  - Apart from direct research activities, the candidate must be flexible to support in coordinating and participating in other kinds of projects, such as workshops and training activities
