  - Collaborate in formulating sugar and electricity production policies to enhance overall production efficiency.
  - Develop, plan, and control the production processes in alignment with executive goals and policies, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  - Contribute to designing the production department's structure and workforce to effectively support and respond to business goals.
  - Strategically plan production processes to align with the company's business direction.
  - Establish operational guidelines to support the implementation of production policies and strategies.
  - Manage production operations and personnel, fostering continuous skill development within the department.
  - Evaluate staff performance within the department and plan for workforce development to ensure competency in operations and efficiency improvements.
  - Review and summarize operational data, reports, and impacts, presenting relevant information to superiors.
  - Promote continuous improvement of production processes and systems.
  - Oversee the preparation and effective use of the production department's budget.
  - Ensure standard operating procedures within the production department are comprehensive and regularly updated.
  - Participate in succession planning, serving as a coach, and preparing successors for key positions within the department.
  - Attend meetings to present and consider production operations and activities related to sugar and electricity in factory meetings.
  - Adhere to company management systems and standards.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
