• Job Description

  1. Manage and set policies, including goals for the production plant, and manage the company's production capacity. 
  2. Carry out business management and set goals for production, quality, cost, time, and product delivery.
  3. Control, inspection, and improvement of production processes for continuous development.
  4. Proceed with problem-solving management, including analyzing causes to control and improve production processes.
  5. Supervise the production department to enhance the occupational health and safety environment at work.
  6. To supervise all parts and departments under responsibility in preparing annual policies and objectives. 
  7. Creates CNC programs by using engineering software.
  8. Reviews drawing designs and engineering drawings for CNC machining operations.
  9. Be able to operate a CNC machine and develop CNC programs for milling, turning, and other essential production processes.
  10. Select and install appropriate CNC tools for the specific jobs and monitor machine performance to meet the company target.
