  - Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales target, revenue and expense controls in Logistics Solution Department
  - Deliver excellent customer services by offering knowledge, advice, problems solving and other concerns
  - Provide necessary information for all services and product knowledge and work process matters for customers
  - Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
  - Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers
  - Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations
