  - Understand our service offerings, team's capabilities and company products
  - Define project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities
  - Outline a budget
  - Manage resource requirements and resource availability
  - Resolve any project problems or issues
  - Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities
  - Manage and execute projects from beginning to end
  - Identify and mitigate potential risks
  - Track progress and provide regular reports on project status to the team and key stakeholders
  - Ensure that each project is delivered properly and on time with progress and results
  - Sum up project profitability and commercial success
  - Manage all aspects of the project including customer feedback, requirements, and any changes in project scope
  - Perform miscellaneous duties, which are work-related
