    - Responsible for business process analysis, design, and optimization to enable routine delivery of exceptional performance and positive business results by improving reliability, increasing simplicity, and enabling growth.
    - Implement process initiatives to enhance cross-enterprise integration.
    - Quickly understand business perspectives, user requirements, and key performance output variables associated with assigned projects.
    - Determine key process input variables, conduct statistical data analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose practical resolutions.
    - Transform traditional business processes through digitization and/or process automation where appropriate.
    - Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability of implemented resolutions.
    - Explore and identify innovative technologies or solutions for process reengineering, digitization, or automation, and propose transformative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC 800)
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
    - No prior work experience required
    - Good communication skills

    【Advantage】
    - Graduate from top university (GPA 3.0+)
    - Experience working at a consulting firm (business consulting preferable)
    - Experience in project management / PMO
