Ensure content is on-brand and resonates with the target audience.Content Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Plan and calendarize content schedules, considering key events, and industry trends. Collaborate with the Creative team into broader marketing campaigns.Team Management:- Lead social media content team. Define roles and responsibilities within the team and foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategy, share insights, and address challenges.Campaign Planning and Execution:- Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, coordinating efforts across team members. Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and ensure that timelines are met.Analytics and Reporting:- Implement analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media content. Provide regular reports to upper management, highlighting key insights and recommending improvements.
