- Analyze current local market trends to identify new business opportunities.- Develop and implement new insurance products to serve both existing and potential clients.- Collaborate with and negotiate terms with suitable business partners to design optimal insurance packages/programs.- Provide advisory support to clients regarding market conditions, including pricing trends, coverage options, and related matters.- Maintain regular communication with practice offices, insurance markets, and key clients.- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and coordinate with relevant teams to enhance products or marketing strategies.- Ensure all information delivered to clients is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.- Supervise and support the team to work efficiently and meet deadlines.- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
