Job Description:We are a newly established company seeking a Japanese Interpreter & Secretary to support our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing interpretation and translation support, as well as handling various secretarial and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Provide interpretation (Japanese ⇔ Thai/English) during meetings, business trips, and daily communication.- Translate business documents, emails, and reports between Japanese, Thai, and English.- Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for executives.- Support executives during business trips to Phuket and other locations.- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.- Act as a liaison between Japanese management and local staff/partners.
