  • Lead the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams to drive sales and actively participate in decision-making.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and analyze various approaches such as clinic growth strategies, branch expansion to increase service coverage, and creating business opportunities within assigned areas, including introducing new services.
  • Study relevant regulations, conditions, laws, and Ministry of Public Health requirements to ensure the business operates in full compliance.
  • Prepare presentation materials, cost planning, and verify project-related information, including contracts and other related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, including service terms and customer partnerships, to ensure alignment with company goals and minimize future risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate situations, compare proposals, and summarize findings for management decision-making.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of assigned projects from start to finish to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Define project scope and timelines, plan execution, and work with the team to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate and support related departments within and outside the organization.
  • Strictly comply with company standards, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in marketing promotion activities or any future events.
  • Perform any other duties related to company and clinic operations as assigned by supervisors.
