• 工作内容

  1. Create and manage APQP Master Plans for New Model and Design Change projects.
  2. Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor project progress and report to supervisors.
  3. Issue engineering notifications and coordinate New Model activities.
  4. Manage PR, material stock, and ERP system for New Model projects.
  5. Design packing standards and develop operator skill matrices.
  6. Design production processes, factory layouts, and evaluate machinery installation.
  7. Conduct machine trials, review specifications, settings, and test results.
  8. Improve production processes, yield, and efficiency through Kaizen activities.
  9. Prepare engineering documents, including Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, BOM, and machine-related documents.
  10. Support internal/external audits and ensure process readiness before MP.
  11. Analyze production problems using FTA and Why-Why Analysis.
  12. Act as a key person in process, machinery, and program applications.
