  【Job Summary】
  - Oversee, manage, and take responsibility for the Production Planning department.
  - Forecast and analyze production capacity to ensure readiness for production.
  - Analyze and formulate production and raw material procurement plans aligned with the sales plan.
  - Review and update production plans to stay on schedule.
  - Summarize weekly, monthly, and annual production planning reports.
  - Establish production structure, develop production plans, and set budgets, manpower, and production timelines.
  - Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external companies to ensure smooth operations.
  - Manage product inventory accurately in accordance with the ERP system.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
