  • Manage and control inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material availability to support production requirements.
  • Monitor material consumption, inventory movements, and stock discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory records in SAP.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Establish and improve inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock variance, material shortages, and excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead and develop the inventory team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance management, and accountability.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis to management for decision-making and continuous improvement.
