  - Lead and manage end-to-end new product development projects from project kick-off, feasibility study, development, trial production, and validation through mass production (SOP), ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  - Develop and manage overall project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, manpower, budgets, and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  - Lead and oversee APQP activities and ensure all project deliverables, milestones, and quality requirements are completed in accordance with customer and company requirements.
  - Oversee PPAP preparation, submission, approval, and mass production readiness, ensuring all customer and internal requirements are fulfilled before SOP.
  - Act as the key project interface with OEM customers, managing project requirements, technical issues, project schedules, quality concerns, engineering changes, and other customer-related matters.
  - Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant functions to achieve project objectives.
  - Lead the introduction of new products, processes, technologies, equipment, and engineering changes into production, ensuring readiness and successful implementation.
  - Monitor and control project budgets and costs, including development costs, tooling, equipment, and other project-related expenses, and drive cost reduction and VAVE initiatives.
  - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, critical issues, and potential delays, and lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  - Lead project review meetings, customer meetings, project audits, customer visits, and other key project activities, ensuring timely decisions and follow-up actions.
  - Oversee the accuracy and timely maintenance of project-related data, including BOM, process routing, SAP/ERP master data, and other project documentation.
  - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, including project progress, key milestones, risks, cost status, issues, and action plans.
  - Establish project priorities and make timely decisions to resolve critical project issues and ensure successful project launch.
  - Lead, coach, and develop the project management team, including work allocation, performance management, capability development, and succession planning.
  - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, launch performance, cost competitiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
