  • 工作内容

    - Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure product quality meets customer and company requirements.
    - Manage customer complaints, claims, and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    - Review and approve 8D reports and ensure timely submission to customers.
    - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Process, Project, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
    - Manage customer quality requirements and support customer audits and visits.
    - Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
    - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements (CSR), APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
    - Lead the team in problem-solving and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
    - Manage and develop QA team members and provide technical guidance.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
    - 10+ years of experience in Quality within the automotive parts industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier.
    - 5+ years of experience in stamping, welding, low forming, and bending processes in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.
    - Experience in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and IATF 16949.
    - Business-level English communication skills required.
